Warehouse Venue | 2,000+ Attendees| June 2025
This project was created for a major offsite warehouse event in Washington, DC hosted by Flash, one of the city’s most anticipated party brands with a strong LGBTQ following. With ~2,000 attendees expected, the event moved to a raw industrial warehouse equipped only with lighting and sound. My role was to design and install immersive elements that elevated the space from a neutral production venue into a flagship environment capable of supporting both high‑energy performance and meaningful guest experience.

The warehouse was a blank slate industrial space lacking visual warmth, atmosphere, or defined gathering spaces.
The client’s initial request focused solely on DJ booth decor, but the scale of the crowd and venue presented a broader challenge: transforming a cavernous space into an environment that felt intentional, immersive, and worthy of one of Flash’s flagship parties.
Key constraints included:
Massive scale and very high ceilings
Compressed one‑week timeline for design, fabrication, and installation
Creating visual identity and flow across multiple zones
Out‑of‑state production coordination
This project wasn’t just about filling a room — it was about transforming a blank industrial shell into an intentional, immersive party environment.
