A recurring client, Dresdon Collective, reached out about an event featuring an Artist who would be performing their Philadelphia debut. They wanted to enhance the vibe in a commonly used venue. I designed a DJ booth covered in drapery and moved it to the floor instead of the standard placement on the stage.
Inspiration was drawn from the collective's promotional content and the tech-house style music of the artist being featured. Despite a low budget, the decor brightened the grungy venue and created a cohesive and engaging visual impact for their audience, and a memorable experience for the artist. The a floor-level activation enhanced the overall party atmosphere, differentiating this event from others held in the space. This project demonstrated skills in creative direction, fabrication, client collaboration, brand integration, and event production under budget constraints.
